Marc Gong

Marc is passionate trainer, coach, and people leader with 20+ years of management and transformation experience in software delivery, consulting, operation, and transformation. In the past, he worked with tech, finance, oil and gas, telecom, and healthcare companies in Singapore, Germany, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Belgium, and the United States.  

He is an expert in Scaled Agile framework, Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Delivery. His approach is around human leadership, developing people over process, and a combination of training, coaching, and consulting. As ex-SAP Champion and Service Owner LACE, he helped to transform 4000 people IT organization into Agile. He did this by defining the minimum standard, developing the multipliers, training, coaching and organization processes improvements.  

His certifications include SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), LeSS Practitioner, Scrum Alliance Scrum Professional ScrumMaster (CSP-SM), Kanban Management Professional (KMP), and Design Thinking. He speaks regularly at Agile and SAP conferences.

He is a strong believer in contributing back to the community and volunteered for charity, women's leadership, and early talent coaching.
